On June 9, 2015, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Management Requirements for Hazardous Substances and Recycling Utilization rate of Automobiles" : from January 1, 2016, the use and recycling utilization rate of hazardous substances of passenger vehicles (M1 class) with a total seating capacity of not more than nine seats will be managed.At the same time, automobile manufacturers are required to provide "Automobile dismantling Guidance Manual" to recycling and dismantling enterprises through appropriate ways and means within 6 months after obtaining the "Announcement" of new products.Meanwhile, from January 1, 2016, the recycling utilization rate of new models of M1 and N1 should reach 95% and the recycling utilization rate should be no less than 85%.


The EMTEK project team of vehicle ELV has rich experience in ELV and RRR city, and has successively assisted OME to vehicle ELV dismantling detection, RRR calculation, vehicle dismantling manual preparation and other real vehicle cases.
